James founded Minim Healthcare to bring together all the best bits from his time in small and large companies in the medical devices industry working first as a sales representative and then working in management. Prior to this, he worked in the NHS and was, briefly, a professional musician.
When not doing something Minim, James is a keen cyclist and enjoys jazz, old cars and films.
Emma has a very a broad base of experience from her background in business and systems consulting. Having worked with many different companies she is able to draw on best practice in running and resourcing Minim Healthcare.
Outside work, Emma is a fan of the theatre and loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Lauren has experience in instrument reprocessing and has worked as a theatre support worker before becoming a medical devices salesperson. Her role at Minim builds on her skills and is focused on supporting customers in the Midlands getting the best from our products.
In her spare time, Lauren spends her time with her young family.
Claire has worked in medical devices for over 20 years and before that, also worked in banking, leisure and debt management. Her role at Minim Healthcare covers technical services, our loan programme, event planning and facilities.
Claire loves to spend her weekends walking up big hills with family and planning her next camping trip or European road trip.
Nafla has a distinguished career in medical sales and has worked with some of the best names in the industry. Looking after customers in the South-East, Nafla provides local service, training and product support across our entire range of specialist surgical equipment.
Nafla enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and visiting the gym.
Corina has worked in medical devices for many years and previously has worked in the construction, leisure and telecommunications sectors. Responsible for ensuring that our customers orders are fulfilled, her role encompasses stock, loans and service provision.
In her spare time, Corina enjoys being by the sea and cycling.
Laura has worked with children with special educational needs and with the NHS as an A & E Nurse. As well as working as part of the customer service team, Laura is also involved with our marketing activities including promotions, exhibitions and this website.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys holidays, pilates and spending time with her young family.
Sue has previously worked in banking and retail in customer facing roles. At Minim, Sue will take an order from receipt, right through to despatch to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations for rapid, friendly efficient service.
In her spare time, Sue loves to dance and has been involved in a human powered flight project.

Sarah has a background in finance, administration, digital marketing, cosmetics, horses and retail. Her broad experience and talent are perfect for her varied and busy role here, working on a range of short, medium and long term projects in support of our growing business.
Sarah’s family keeps her busy at home though she always finds time for enjoying running, gym sessions, and trail walks with her two energetic cockapoos.
Christine graduated from UCLH and has had a long career in general practice and palliative medicine. As our medical director, Christine is responsible for ensuring that our evidence base for products is up to date and that we present our ranges with factual accuracy and balance.
In her spare time Christine enjoys gardening, reading, knitting and Wordle.
Jordan is a business management and finance graduate and supports the finance and operations team in ensuring the smooth and consistent running of the company as we develop. Jordan heads up our ISO9001 programme, ensuring the continued consistency and quality of our products.
An avid Chelsea fan, Jordan is also a regular, enthusiastic gym goer.
